Most people think Hot Yoga is good for loosing weight, but in fact Ashtanga is the most efficient yoga working on both the physique and mind.
Flow yoga is similar to Ashtanga, but is more creative and perhaps a bit less dynamic. It is a good yoga to start with.
Hatha is the typical Indian yoga. The original chanting, classic postures and it is a good style to start with too.
