10:00-11:00 MeditationLevel: 60 minutes,Ideal for all levels Description: The class will be started with the fundamental foundation and opening exercise which focus on Ujjayi breath and bandhas then follow by the Ujjayi breath observation. The meditation part will be started with the perfect 10 breaths focus on the object (Dharana) and then meditate (Dhyana) then finish with hearth mantra. The class is not the really strong meditation but prepare the breath for the practictioner.
