5rhythms practice integrates dance,conscious breathing,moving meditation,and creative expression to help us awaken fully. Anexploration of each rhythm heightens our awareness of our body,feelings,thoughts and conditioning. With continuity of attention,we follow our feet and hips,shoulders and spine,moving untill we are moved.The 5Rhythms are an integral part of our lives,cycles,and emotions.The transform movement into medicine.The 5Rhythms practice has no steps to learn,but is instead a process of discovering and remembering what our body already knows.

Description:
The class will be started with the fundamental foundation and opening exercise which focus on Ujjayi breath and bandhas then follow by the Ujjayi breath observation. The meditation part will be started with the perfect 10 breaths focus on the object (Dharana) and then meditate (Dhyana) then finish with hearth mantra. The class is not the really strong meditation but prepare the breath for the practictioner. It's also useful for the Ashtangi who like to develop Ujjayi breath, bandha and awareness for their practice improvement.

This class is breath focused and paying close attention to the alignment and technique of every posture. It includes Surya Namaskara A and B; A rhythmic standing sequence; Then core work, hip opening and back bending. The class is an efficient, solid practice itself but sets up an intelligent and safe foundation for all kinds of Asana (posture) practice, including Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Hot, Iyengar and Ashtanga practice. All cash income from this class will be donated to Chinese Aids victims and poor people in the region of Surmang Tibet.
