Dear Yogis, from now on you may book your yoga classes online. First you need to sign up from the left navigation panel for a membership, and then in the schedule you can click on the class you would like to attend and book it on the pop-up window.

 

Flow Yoga:  Is about linking the breath with the pose as we flow from pose to pose in a smooth, easy manner.
Flow Yoga is a shortened and modified version of Ashtanga Yoga, and could be considered a stepstone for people who would like to proceed to a standard Ashtanga class - Or it could be considered a fantastic work out in its own right with added benefits.

Basic Ashtanga:  Light Ashtanga practice. The easier approach to traditional Ashtanga. For people who wants to practice Ashtanga with effortless effort and a preparation for the standard practice.

Led Ashtanga: Standard Ashtanga 'half primary' led class. The teacher will lead/count you through the sequence.

 

Mysore Style Ashtanga: Traditional 'Mysore Style Assisted Self Practice'. Independent practice. Practice at ones own pace and own level. The instructor gives one-on-one assistance and 'adjustments'.

Hatha Yoga: HathaYoga is full of postures but  with less vinyasa (connecting  movements between postures), still challenging!

Bikram style Hot Yoga:   is a challenging and exhilarating series of 26 postures practiced in a heated room.Designed for all levels, first time students and experienced practitioners alike. 

Kids Yoga: We have 3 kind of classes for different age groups, 1, for 3-6 years old, 2, for 5-10 years old, 3, for 8-16 years old. (If want to request kids yoga, pls call 13488823332

Pre-Natal Yoga: Previous yoga experience is not required. Women at all stages of pregnancy are welcome
